Q: Can I customize a package if there isn’t one that quite fits my needs?
A: Yes, just contact me and we can tailor any package to your needs.
Q: Is there a deposit when booking your services?
A: Yes, there is a $75 non-refundable deposit due at the time of your booking. It does go towards your final payment.
Q: When is the final or total payment due?
A: The total payment is due the day of flying before the drone leaves the ground! We take check, venmo, cashapp and cash.
Q: Are you willing to travel, if so is there a travel fee?
A: Yes, I am based out of Eau Claire, WI and do not charge within a 10 mile radius. Anything outside of 10 miles is subject to a travel fee, depending on cost of fuel and mileage. Typically .50 cents per mile roundtrip
